This is a great story! As a mom, I am forever annoyed by hearing that people stopped being friends with others when they had children and their friends chose not to. I have many best friends and acquaintances and some have kids and some don’t and it’s never been an issue. I have never wanted to stop being their friend because of it.

My husband and I even have a friend who strongly dislikes children - vocally. We still hang out with her, we just make sure it’s on a date night where my son isn’t around.
