This is such a great message. I also didn’t have a birth plan (never actually got one as I am stubborn). My plan like yours, was to have a baby.

I had a c-section as well, which was never in the “plan”. I think there needs to be more of a focus on just having the baby and being ok with change than cementing some sort of plan. I don’t think I know anyone who gave birth the way they originally thought they would
